As your labor and delivery companion, I will be there to support you every step of the way. My goal is to help you achieve the birth story of your dreams and to feel empowered throughout the process. I will show up in whatever ways you feel are most productive for you. Let's work together to make this a positive and memorable experience.

Lactation Support

Breastfeeding is an amazing journey, and I am confident that I can help you make the most of it! At Freya's Call, I take my role in your journey seriously. I am dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance you need to get off to the right start. From latching to supplements, I'm here to help every step of the way!"

An advocate 

 I understand firsthand that giving birth can be a challenging experience. That's why I offer personalized support throughout your pregnancy journey. I will work with you to help create a birth plan that meets your needs and preferences. I will be there to advocate for you and your baby during labor and delivery, that your requests are heard and respected."

Postpartum Care

During your 4th trimester, rest, nourishment, and bonding with your new baby are crucial. As your support, I am available to provide emotional support through phone calls or visits, tend to light housekeeping, make meals for your family, and assist with anything else that would be helpful to you. Let me help free up your time so you can spend it with your baby."

Support for your support partner

Your support person has a very important role in your journey. Whoever that is for you I will gladly help that person feel useful and aid them in making a positive difference during the process. If you don't have a support person with you, that's fine too. I will be able to fill that role for you and make sure you feel supported throughout your journey.

Birth Place

I am supportive and comfortable in any location. If you plan to birth at the hospital or at home, I will gladly offer my services at either. If you are birthing at home and get transferred to the hospital I will come with you during that transition as well.
